Quantitative Determination of Isoflavonoids and Flavonoids from Sophorae Fructus

Abstract
|
|
|
Quantitative determination of isoflavonoids and flavonoids, which were isolated from the Sophorae Fructus, had been conducted by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC). The HPLC analysis was carried out using an YMC J¢¥ sphere ODS-H80 column [150¡¿4.6§®, S-4§. 80A(particle)] and a combination of acetonitrile and H©üO was used as mobile phase in gradient solvent system. The results showed that Sophorae Fructus is rich source of isoflavonoids and flavonoids.
