Quantitative Determination of Isoflavonoids and Flavonoids from Sophorae Fructus

Abstract

|
|
Quantitative determination of isoflavonoids and flavonoids, which were isolated from the Sophorae Fructus, had been conducted by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC). The HPLC analysis was carried out using an YMC J´ sphere ODS-H80 column [150×4.6㎜, S-4㎛. 80A(particle)] and a combination of acetonitrile and H₂O was used as mobile phase in gradient solvent system. The results showed that Sophorae Fructus is rich source of isoflavonoids and flavonoids.
