Quantitative Determination of Isoflavonoids and Flavonoids from Sophorae Fructus





Abstract
Quantitative determination of isoflavonoids and flavonoids, which were isolated from the Sophorae Fructus, had been conducted by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC). The HPLC analysis was carried out using an YMC J¢¥ sphere ODS-H80 column [150¡¿4.6§®, S-4§­. 80A(particle)] and a combination of acetonitrile and H©üO was used as mobile phase in gradient solvent system. The results showed that Sophorae Fructus is rich source of isoflavonoids and flavonoids.
